    • Come discover the different aspects of these gardens over the seasons. Located 20km north of Pau in the Pyrenees Atlantiques, the gardens can be visited freely or guided by appointment for groups, from May 15th to October 15th.

      Opening of the Gardens : from 14h to 19h, closed on Sundays and public holidays except on the occasion of the heritage and environmental days as well as the national meetings and cultural events.

      OTHER HOURS POSSIBLE BY APPOINTMENT: 06 86 48 60 97

      Price: 6€ and 7€ if picnic on site.


      NEW

      Discover the flora in complete autonomy thanks to the QR CODE indicated on each tree and shrub of the gardens. They are numbered and carry a label mentioning their French name, you just have to take a picture of the QR code and you arrive directly on the site of the arboretum which will give you the complete card of the plant

    We visited the castle gardens as a family (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 2), and what a wonder! The place is magnificent, full of surprises and it is very pleasant to wander through the different garden ambiances on offer. The children loved the boxwood maze and I, for my part, really appreciated the Zen corner and the green theater. Our visit to these gardens took place while the castle was welcoming musicians for the chamber music festival, and the children had the chance to participate in a very pleasant participatory musical workshop. It was a very pleasant moment. We are very satisfied with this visit and the welcome received.
