When you push the door of the Dames Mustache restaurant in Billère, it is to eat fresh, seasonal products and above all, completely homemade! Located in the center of the village, opposite the pétanque court, you can taste dishes full of colors and flavors, which are concocted with love and a furious desire to introduce passing gourmets (or regulars!), local products. It would be a shame to deprive yourself of the delicacies found in the surrounding Béarnaise farms, but also in the Basque Country and all the Pyrenean specialties.

The menu changes every 3 months, no time to get bored and this is an opportunity to come and come back to feast. Fish, meats, cold cuts, vegetables from the market gardener, tasty desserts, we are spoiled! Harmony welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, in its restaurant where you work with friends and in good humor. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 10 pm. At noon, classic meals will be offered to you, but in the evening, as the restaurant must close its doors at 10 p.m., we go into tapas aperitif mode! We sit down in a relaxed way, with music and one (or more) glasses, to enjoy generous plates, full of local products to share and nibble on. The indoor room can accommodate 50 people and outside, the terrace awaits you on sunny days to eat outside!

Note that on Saturdays, the Les Dames Mustache restaurant can be privatized for family group events, between friends or professionals.
