After the success of his restaurant in Billère, Harmony and his team are also settling in Laroin. Les Dames Mustache is such a simple and obvious recipe for eating well: fresh produce, seasonal (the menu changes every 3 months) and a real desire to make you discover tasty recipes which give pride of place to local gastronomy. The Béarnaise farms are in the spotlight on your plate: charcuterie, meat juicy and tasty, vegetables from the market gardener and fish (the ocean is not that far and neither are the rivers). With a large room with a capacity of over 150 seats, the restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday (noon and evening).
