    • The Le Vieux Logis restaurant is one of the reputed tables in the Lourdes region. Francis Gaye offers a selection of regional dishes that showcase ingredients produced locally in the Nay plane. The vineyards surrounding the city of Pau, much-treasured by Henry IV, are also well represented in the wine cellar book.

    We had a table for 5 persons and after the champagne cocktail we chose the menus. My foie gras was not one of the best i had in the Lourdes area by far, my duck Magret was hard and not cooked...
