AT GUSTO RESTAURANT ANITA'S KITCHEN
Trained at the Hilton in Strasbourg (la maison du bœuf, 1 macaron Michelin) and Maxims in Paris, Anita, a native of Caen, then ran a small village inn in Burgundy, cited in several guides, with her Alsatian husband; but with desires from elsewhere they went to Munich in Germany and then to Canada where she made a trip for several years across the country, practicing her art in luxury hotels.
Back in France, rich in all these culinary experiences and with a pronounced taste for flavors of the world, Anita is now concocting her personalized cuisine with fresh products in a small restaurant in Pau in the Hédas district where she has been Chef for 18 years old and owner with her husband Alain for 14 years.
Anita and Alain are happy to welcome you from Tuesday to Friday noon from 12 noon to 1.15pm with a menu (2 choices) at 17 €. And from Tuesday to Saturday evening from 8:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. with the menu and a € 35 menu.
