We work by limiting our impact as much as possible, all in a place steeped in history in the heart of the Hédas district and where life is good!

Despite the off the beaten track tranquillity and the designerish décor, nice terrace, My wife and I found the food was absolutely awful. Almost everything was out of a can: a cold tomato soup, axoa de veau could have been made by Heinz, the tentacules de pieuvre were not fresh at all, they were cooked well but smelt (from a mile off) and the chocolat liégeois was so utterly sugary, and a creme chantilly from a sterilised UHT milk so tasteless, a bit foamy but that's all

A wonderful restaurant. Tucked away in the centre of Pau. Food, drink & atmosphere were perfect. The staff were amazing & helpful. Would definitely go back next time

Went at noon. Delicious !
