  Superb surprise for this restaurant which breaks the rule of the curfew of 9 p.m. apparently the rule in the city of Pau. And in addition the cuisine is delicious served with discretion and kindness. Recipes made with respect for the products, perfectly cooked, with a very elaborate presentation and accompaniments. In short, a treat until dessert! A young chef to encourage and follow.

  Let's start with the reservation. A very pleasant young woman with a lot of humor. This bodes well. Very pleasant restaurant, open kitchen, you can see the chef decorating his plates. Very young dining room staff, not very experienced but very friendly. Valentine's Day menu without choice but everything makes you want it. We really enjoyed ourselves. Light and original cuisine, even sophisticated, from appetizers to dessert. So a downside if there was one: the bread. The best meal in the world with bad bread loses a lot of its charm (for lovers of real bread). We had tasteless bread with a tight crumb cut much too early in advance, the slices were therefore dry and honestly it is regrettable to accompany such quality cuisine. Everywhere we eat now we find sourdough breads with elastic and airy crumbs that would almost make a meal on their own. So please change bakers and you will achieve perfection.
