Naomi and Ben Rigden invite you to step into their magnificent restaurant, inspired by British culinary traditions. With their Chef David in the kitchen, they concoct new, refined and surprising recipes. Leave your prejudices aside, yes English cuisine is really tasty and original!
Here, everything is locally sourced, the vegetables, the fruits, the meat, the bread is made by Maison Grangé, the English beer (Real Ale) brewed in Navarrenx, the English sausages made by an English butcher in Hagét near Vic-en-Bigorre. Ben and Naomi are keen to help you discover their favorite dishes: having arrived straight from London after Brexit, they settled in France to open a restaurant and fell in love with the city of Pau, welcoming and warm.
Les Rosbifs Pau offer you for lunch and dinner, simple but well-mastered dishes, with top quality ingredients, cooked with love. Traditional English dishes such as Fish'n Chips, Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding or Pork, but also salads and homemade desserts that are astoundingly delicious! You can also order delicious gourmet sandwiches with excellent bread and toppings that change from ham/butter! On the spot in the beautiful elegant and well decorated room or to take away.
Les Rosbif offers 1, 2 or 3 course formulas, so you can compose your own menu. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, evenings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday for brunch.
