Come and enjoy the delicious dishes of the gastronomic restaurant Meynats in Pau. A generous and festive cuisine, orchestrated by the passion for good food and the desire to do well with quality products. Gautier is in the kitchen, sometimes joined by his friends. Here, it's a gourmet but cool restaurant, without a suit and tie! A creative and offbeat cuisine awaits you, in plates prepared with audacity, full of flavors, scents and fresh, "pepped" colors. A pronounced taste for world cuisine, its herbs and spices, mixed with local products from Béarn and the surrounding area. We take a first bite and then we talk about it, because only experience can describe this cuisine imbued with a bit of mystery, provocative and intriguing... Of course, food and wine pairings will be offered to you, it there is even a menu dedicated to this experience.

Affordable menus during the week, more complex but still open to all budgets in the evening and on weekends, an Arrebot menu for real gourmands (in 5 courses) and an Arriulet menu for very great gourmets (7 courses). Local vegetables, tasty local meats and fish as well (we are not very far from the ocean and its auctions), homemade sauces (like everything else), small portions like paintings, arranged in the beautiful crockery with care and an assumed graphic and artistic side. In short, everything comes together for a fabulous meal. A taste treat, with menus that vary regularly (according to the seasons of course).

We haven't talked about the room yet? Comfortable, warm, bright and well decorated in a slightly industrial style, to make you feel at home. In the Hédas district, you will also enjoy a terrace on beautiful gray cobblestones, a little away from the bustle for an intimate side and connected to the world at the same time.
