  This one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in during our two weeks in Pau. It’s a little hard to find but worth it. It’s on the stairs above the Hedes.

  Magical moment ! Upon entering the restaurant, you discover a welcoming, intimate room with exposed stonework and very careful decoration. The weather is very good and the place is quiet. Nicolas, who serves, explains the menu to you with great kindness and availability….. 1 line….1 dish… and from the entrance the journey begins! The dishes are aesthetically very beautiful and absolutely excellent, it is an explosion of flavors and delights from starter to dessert... daring but oh so successful combinations! We had a wonderful time and have already decided to go back! Thanks to Maxime and Nicolas for making this moment a memorable one! Congratulations . Excellent value
