  Nice and friendly staff. Prices cheaper than in sky resort. Gears were fine. Your can even get your sky pass there.

  Accueil non chaleureuse, personnel non aimable. Annonce de location de vélo de descente sur le site, mais arrivé au magasin on nous annonce qu'ils n'en font plus.

  Bad luck, I don't care or incompetence ??? We rented two downhill bikes over two days. A problem every day. The first, puncture, it happens, but when you give you the right tools to remove your wheel, it is immediately easier, which unfortunately was not the case. We had to go around the shopkeepers of Gourette to be able to borrow the right key. Huge waste of time, especially when you rent at 65 € per day. Second day my son was only able to do half a descent, no more rear braking which is surprising and possibly extremely dangerous. When we rent equipment, we check it, we maintain it (condition of the pads), we make sure that everything is functional before letting it go. And we absolutely avoid telling the customer that these are the hazards. When it comes to safety, we are not talking about hazards, my son could, in the "best" case, have had a serious accident. To conclude, lack of professionalism, we do not joke with the safety of people. Good advice, to avoid, at least for a DH, for the rest ???? (I put a star because I do not put less)
