Nestled in the center of Laruns, a small village in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, the Fleur de Sel crêperie is open to you: with Breton know-how, exceptional buckwheat flour (IGP Bretagne), ciders and Breton apple juice, all the rest comes from local producers.
Surprising specialties are found on the menu: Ossauflette, Larunsoise with its famous candied sausage, country cheeses, local cold meats, Béarn enchants the Galettes. A large part is also reserved for vegetarian pancakes.
On the dessert menu, almond cream, orange cream, salted butter caramel, chocolate sauce… everything "house" is king. Associated with ice cream, crêpes flambées… they will delight you.
