Campsite Ayguelade - 3 stars

Trees, shaded, ideally located in the direction of our mountains and on the edge of streams and the Gave of Ossau. Free and direct access to the natural area of Lake Castet. (Kayak / Paddle, Boats, Donkeys, Balance bike, Mountain biking, etc…) and in direct connection with multiple mountain activities : visit of Ossalois villages, Pyrenean walks and hikes, Via Ferrata, Trails, Climbing, Canyoning and other water sports. whitewater, fishing, speleology...

At the foot of the passes of Marie-Blanque, Tourmalet and Aubisque, the trails of the Pyrenees National Park, the thermal spas of Eaux-Chaudes and Eaux-Bonnes, resorts of Artouste and Gourette skiing, the little Artouste train… the campsite is located just 40 minutes from the Spanish border.

Our direct neighbors offer many regional or original products to discover. Quick access (less than 10 minutes by car) also allows you to get to the nearest towns : Arudy, Louvie-Juzon, Laruns. All of our neighbors, traders and producers, offer a wide choice of Ossalois products, and the diversity of restaurants is also very rich. From the campsite you can broaden your knowledge of the territory and its traditions.

Our pitches are flat and grassy; spacious and shaded available for stays : motorhomes, caravans, tents, furnished trucks etc... Some residents, owners of mobile homes, rent their residence by the night (contact the campsite for more information).

2 Pitches are reserved for the future reception of our “campétoiles” and “tent bivouac”. (Available on July 1, 2020).

The campsite snack bar :

Defense and promotion of local products (short circuits), preferably labeled Organic or meeting good environmental qualities, the fries are homemade !!!! Prices accessible to all.

• Bar open from March 1st to October 15th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm outside the summer season.
• Snack bar open from June 15 to September 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Full season from July 1 to August 31 : Bar opening from 8:00 to 21:00.

The environment :

Selective sorting containers are available. We sort the glass and the packaging. The campsite selects products that produce as little waste as possible : packaging, packaging, choice of recyclable products.
