- Come and recharge your batteries in this calm and peaceful place, to the sound of the water. Located at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the valley of the VATH VIELHA, the region is endowed with magnificent sites "Gavarnie, Vallée Ossau, Vallée d'Azun, Petit train d'Artouste, Grotte de Bétharram".
  
  Numerous walks and cycle routes (Véloroute) Lestelle-Bétharram is a 5-minute walk from the campsite, with restaurants and essential services (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser…). 8 km from the campsite, you can discover the famous market of Nay (Tuesday and Saturday) , a pretty little town with an exceptional view of the Pyrenees chain.
  
  Spacious flat and grassy pitches from 100 to 120 m2, between shade and light. Stunning mountain and river views. We have a motorhome service (for emptying and filling).
  
  Set of 11 spacious chalets, facing due east, overlooking a large shaded green space and facing the "Gave de Pau" river. We offer either 4-seater or 6-seater chalets.
  
  Free WIFI access at reception and at the snack bar. "Wave tracker" rafting base on the campsite (kayak, hydrospeed, canoe raft, raft).

Unfortunately cold showers! Mid-September, on a cool day lukewarm. We packed and were heading out immediately, but lady manning the campsite promised to sort it. It got warmer at first, but by the time my partner went in, it was cold again. Looks nice for the height of season maybe. But I still would still like hot shower with temperature adjustment.

We arrived at le saillet at 7.50pm we rang in advance as we knew they close the gates at 8pm we were not overly impressed with the reception when we got there we had traveled along way from valencia when we got there we asked if there was somewhere to eat the lady said the restaurant at the top as theirs you had to book in the morning which Is no where on their site we would have done that only to find the restaurant was closed and the lady next door who does the best massages ever said oh no its all closed as its a holiday day we were given a list of rules for the pool but no bracelet which it said you need to use the toilets were OK showers were cold and only lasted 30seconds then you have to push the button again this morning when we left the cleaner woke me up at 6.30am and left at 11am and nobody could use the facilities until she had finished which I think is unreasonable the scenery however is just beautiful 😍

Lovely quiet spacious campsite at the border of the river. Green, open places. 1 min walk into village for bread, very cool atmosphere..small cafeteria for drinks and fries.. rafting company on site. Highly recommended if you are not into huge crowds

By chanse there was a bungalow left free so for 20 Euros more we had a beatiful accomodation,being two in a placement for four!Otherwise no private toilet and running water.....in a very small...
