    • In the Aspe valley, above the medieval village of Borce, the Parc'Ours association invites you to visit its animal refuge through an educational and fun trail over 7 hectares of wild nature.

There you will meet the animals of our mountains (bears, marmots, chamois, ibex, birds of prey, insects, etc.) as well as the local flora (trees, flowers, mushrooms, etc.).

Come and discover the secrets of the brown bear while feeding it, go hunting for clues to the presence of hidden animals in the forest and experience special contact with the animals on the mini-farm (rabbits, goats, donkeys, etc.).

Your visit will be punctuated by educational panels, fun trails, an ethical shop, play areas and picnic areas.

We were with our 3 daughters, ages 10, 9 and 7. They had a great time with so many animals. We took the long two-hour route but I think it took longer because we were using an application that explained each of the whistles in Spanish. Also at a few hours the animals are fed and the caretaker explains it, but on our day they only did it in French. In the farm area you can eat feed and feed the animals. Totally recommended in the middle of nature and eating there for a picnic

A very nice experience with a group of 7 children. This animal refuge is a real cocoon nestled in the heart of the Béarnaise mountains, where a beautiful diversity of animal species flourish and are pampered. We were lucky enough to see the star of the park, the brown bear, just out of his winter torpor. 😊 I also recommend the salt dough workshop. An educational and fun workshop, very well run, perfectly suited for young children, for a very low price of €3/child. Thank you for your welcome and your commitment to animals. 🥰
