In a completely renovated space in the heart of BaseCamp, lovers of good food will find something to delight their palate and their taste buds at the Iskö restaurant and bar. Local products, generosity and sharing are on the agenda in an elegant black and wooded setting.
A CUISINE FROM THE HEART AND TERROIR
Like the BaseCamp and its chef, our hearty dishes will bring comfort and indulgence. With a clear desire to highlight the region's producers, you will find local emblems on your plate: sheep's cheese from the Ossau Valley, Noir de Bigorre, Bellota ham, trout from the Pyrenees... The spectacle of the 'asador - aged meats grilled in Argentinian barbecue mode - should also appeal to "serious" carnivores. Vegetarians will not be left out with creative dishes based on seasonal products. One piece of advice: come hungry.

Also come and taste local beers, cocktails and mocktails at the counter or by the fire. For the most curious, do honor to the Iskö liqueur, a liqueur made from Armagnac (Maison Laubade) with spices from Les Petits Fruits (Campan, Hautes-Pyrénées).BREAKFAST AT ISKÖ
By reserving your nights in a chalet or gite, you can choose to be independent (all our kitchens are equipped), or choose a half-board or full-board formula. Breakfast is then served in the restaurant from 7:30 am to 10 am, in the form of a buffet of regional products.
