"It's a pity that our planting rights end at the end of the year," my father thought to himself about twenty years ago as he contemplated the old pressure to abandon, and the virgin vineyard land around the family home.

Employed on the Lacq basin and former pillar of the S.A. Monein, he then decided to try the adventure, by planting 30 ares of petit manseng, for his friends…

I was taking my first steps at that time, and as I grew up, I saw the farm develop and my father, self-taught in the art of growing and vinifying grapes, perfecting his knowledge thanks to my grandfather's precious advice.

In the vineyard as in the field, André has only a "game" philosophy ; "To Monein, everything by hand !" It is therefore with his own but also with those of his friends that the first vinifications take place, traditional and festive !

This adventure will take a new start, more professional, when in 1998 the opportunity to add 2 hectares of additional vines presents itself.

It is in the middle of this setting that I grew up, and where I decided to devote my life to the perpetuation of our family business by obtaining a BTSA Viticulture œnologie.

From now on, the three of us, "grandpa, dad and me", will welcome you to discover our different vintages and our daily work.
