"Domaine Tinou, located in Lasseube, in the heart of the Jurançon vineyard in Béarn, is a family winery run by Serge Hondet. Since 1964, the estate has been committed to organic farming, certified by Ecocert. Facing south, it benefits from an exceptional terroir, offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees.

The estate mainly cultivates the traditional Jurançon grape varieties: Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Lauzet. These grape varieties allow the production of a variety of wines:

• Dry Jurançon: fresh and fruity, ideal with seafood or sheep's milk cheeses.
• Sweet Jurançon: made from late-harvested grapes, offering rich aromas and a natural sweetness.
