Cavavin

Dans la Cuisine de Papa becomes Cavavin, it's a tribute to my daughters. The dad is me and I want to share with you my taste for gastronomy, inherited from my cook mom. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen with my daughters, and when I imagined this place, I naturally wanted to share with you what I share with them. This is why I created a convivial and family place, "like at home", which brings together a delicatessen, a wine cellar and a tasting area.

Based in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, Dans la Cuisine de Papa also offers the online sale of delicatessen products to make you enjoy my culinary discoveries throughout France. Feel free to contact your grocery store and wine cellar in order to be advised in your choice.

Every Friday evening, I organize tasting workshops for groups of 10 to 12 people. Four different wines chosen in my cellar are offered to you, and I cook dishes in agreement to accompany them. To awaken your taste buds, these are made from fresh produce and a selection of grocery store products. Each week, I will have the pleasure of making you discover little-known wines, in particular from Languedoc and the Rhone Valley.
