5) Le Saillet campsite

On the border between Béarn and the Hautes-Pyrénées, Camping le Saillet is a good base for exploring the two regions. Depending on your comfort needs, you can choose a cottage, a bungalow, a caravan for 2 people. In this campsite, sports are in the spotlight with various fields : football, tennis, badminton, fronton, skateboard, bowling alley, table tennis area and above all its rafting base! In Gurmençon, Camping Le Val du Gave is a village of wooden chalets. On the banks of the Gave d'Aspe and not far from the small Gave du Baralet, this small campsite offers you peace and privacy. 8) Ayguelade campsite

Camping l'Ayguelade enjoys a very bucolic setting, on the banks of the streams that join the Gave d'Ossau and near the Lac de Castet. It is a very quiet campsite, as it welcomes owners of mobile homes who are residents of the year and who are involved in the preservation of the site. Some of them rent them out over several periods. The campsite also provides bare pitches for your tents, camper vans and caravans.

  • The little extra : Its two atypical accommodations , in "star camp" or "bivouac tent".

On the site of the Community of Communes of the Ossau Valley, there are circuits to download (fr), departing from Bielle, Laruns, Louvie-Juzon..., there are some for all levels, from the greenway to the fort Difference in height, from the shortest (less than 3 km) to the longest (60 km), and for all tastes : passes, loops… If you are a good walker and you like the mountains, the ascent of the Pic d 'Escurets is an unmissable hike in the Ossau valley (fr).

9) Beau Rivage campsite

Camping Beau Rivage combines a natural setting along the banks of the Gave d'Oloron and the proximity of the town of Navarrenx, with its shops, restaurants and its beautiful heritage. The wooden chalets give the campsite a very authentic character. On site, you have access to a swimming pool and a playground. You can enjoy the pleasures of water there : swimming, walking and fishing.
