Cette balade depuis le village d’Herrère est une invitation à la rêverie. A travers landes et forêts, la plongée le long des berges du gave d’Ossau est une véritable immersion dans la nature. Elle longe par un chemin sauvage les berges du gave d’Ossau, dans une ambiance tropicale. Le retour sur le plateau offre un panorama sur le piémont pyrénéen, et met en avant la vie et le travail de l’homme autrefois. En témoignent les moulins et murs de galets rencontrés sur le parcours.
