    • Arraditz means "Roots" in Bearnese.

      Located at the foot of the ramparts of the medieval city of Lescar (64) near Pau, the ARRADITZ restaurant combines the past with the contemporary in a new and refined decor.

      Eager to rediscover their Béarn roots, Karine and Olivier NICOLAU embarked on this project which today allows them to express their talent and put it at the service of their guests.

      They welcome you in their restaurant to make you discover the alchemy of modern cuisine combined with local seasonal products, a careful and aesthetic presentation of dishes.

    Absolutely insane food for an incredibly reasonable price. The food, service and presentation are Michelin-star quality at a price that can rival most pubs (especially the 24€ menu). If you want to experience what French dining is about, this is the one, bar none.

    Excellent, precise, creative. We enjoyed every single dish during a long night. The service was very friendly, though in French (almost) only.
