These two passionate individuals are committed to environmentalism and strive to live in accordance with their values. Their Michelin-starred restaurant has an eco-responsible approach, from production to plate. Fruits and vegetables are seasonal, and organic waste is reused to create a virtuous cycle where nothing is wasted.
