In the Ossau Valley, in the heart of the village of Louvie-Juzon, Jean-Marc and Mylène are delighted to welcome you to the Couvent d'Ossau gîte (hostel ). The convent is an old building with a certain charm ; guests feel right at home. We strive to maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere for small groups, where a family-like environment and a sense of community foster human connection.
We cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility due to the stairs, steps and stone door frames which are too narrow for wheelchair access.
However, we do our utmost to accommodate those with disabilities who wish to stay at the Couvent d'Ossau. This is especially true for access to artistic expression and art therapy workshops (through visual arts). Everything has been done to facilitate participation for everyone; a large creative space is located on the ground floor, as well as accessible restrooms.
We are available, attentive, and we know how to adapt to arrange the premises and spaces so that everyone can enjoy a quality welcome tailored to their personal characteristics.
The "Le Couvent d'Ossau" guesthouse is a haven of peace, a place for encounters and exchanges in a harmonious blend of diverse personalities, backgrounds, and ages, where everyone enjoys relaxing after a day of exertion or contemplation. It's an opportunity to share wonderful moments over a meal on the terrace under the wisteria pergola, to quench one's thirst in the garden or by the fireplace.ACCOMMODATION
