A very disappointing experience. Last weekend we went to this spa resort after driving for about two hours. We bought our tickets and the required swim caps at reception. We changed and, already in our swimsuits, headed towards the pool. As we entered, an employee who was already in the pool started shouting at me from a distance in a very rude manner, much to the surprise of the other guests, telling me I couldn't enter wearing that swimsuit. I don't speak French, so I didn't really understand what was happening. As I approached, he shouted at me in a very unpleasant tone: "Don't you know French?" My partner speaks perfect French and explained to him that we did understand, but that he was shouting at us from a distance and we couldn't understand what he was saying. I've worn that same type of swimsuit at other similar resorts without any problems, but without getting into an argument—after all, we were there to relax—I went to reception to buy another swimsuit. To our surprise, the same employee followed us to reception and continued his completely inappropriate and humiliating behavior. In a very contemptuous manner, and even shouting, he told my partner that now she couldn't enter either, even though just minutes before there had been no problem with her swimsuit. Given this situation and the way this individual treated us, we decided not to go in. The worst part wasn't not being able to swim—despite a two-hour drive—nor even that we didn't get our money back. What was truly unpleasant was the treatment we received, which made us feel very uncomfortable, was insulting, and completely unprofessional. We live near the border and have been visiting the south of France and similar facilities for many years. We've never experienced anything like this before. It's a real shame, but after this experience, we won't be returning.

So the price of entry to the spa area is quite affordable, the staff are very pleasant, the only downside is that the indoor jacuzzi only works halfway...
