Amazing experience, water is very light.... Really light. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are filled with salty water from Salies town. I stayed 4 hours in the afternoon. 2-4pm is busy. I recommend to visit 4-6pm for 2 hours. That can be enough!

Flip flops, hair cap and speedos only are a must when entering now (swim trunks not allowed). Would have been useful if this info was on the leaflets as would have saved a lot of petrol. Have been going to this spa for many years (pre 2020) and none of these odd rules existed before. Turned away, very disappointed as used to be a lovely welcoming place.

I had the 3 week cure for arthritis. I would highly recommend the place. I have had much improvement since my cure and am now on my second cure. The staff are helpful and polite. The publicc baths here are good as well, but not so salty as the pool for the cures. nice sauna and hamam. there is a gym and all sorts of activities both in and out of the water.
