I redeemed a gift certificate for a pool and massage. The entire staff gave me a very warm and enthusiastic welcome, which was lovely, even though the initial announcement was that the pool was closed without any prior warning. As I live far away, they offered me the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. They also gave me a free entry to the bubble pool for my next visit. It was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much! The massage by Laura was absolutely wonderful, especially considering how particular I am about massages. She has excellent hands, is kind, and very professional. I highly recommend her! And to finish, I enjoyed herbal tea in a room that's currently being decorated, as it looks a bit like a cafeteria, but it was a welcome place to relax after the excellent massage. I can't wait to go back to this superb place!

The Salies thermal baths have been beautifully renovated… however, the lack of a hammam and sauna is very disappointing… Why wasn't everything renovated last year?! Also, the tower (as seen from the patio) hasn't been renovated either, which is a shame. We have a treasure in Salies that must continue to be maintained and improved.
