You will most often be in small groups, and departure times will be adjusted so you can enjoy some peace and quiet in the canyons. He will suggest the least frequented routes whenever possible.

For optimal thermal comfort, you will be equipped with two-piece neoprene wetsuits, neoprene booties, and gloves (depending on the season). A helmet will be provided for head protection, and a harness will be required for rope obstacles.
