The Ossau Valley offers a wide variety of canyons, with around 17, some of which are among the most beautiful in the Pyrenees. Not to mention the canyons located on the other side of the Spanish border in the Tena Valley, which are easily accessible.

Canyoning is an outdoor sport that takes place in mountain streams. It allows you to discover completely wild and unexpected places while having fun. You will most often be in a small group, and departure times will be adapted so that you can be alone and peaceful in the canyons. He will suggest the less frequented routes whenever possible.

For optimal thermal comfort, you will be equipped with 2-piece neoprene wetsuits, neoprene booties, and gloves (depending on the season). To protect your head, a helmet will be provided, and for rope obstacles, a harness will be required.
