La Ferme Bidalot, located in Issor, very close to Arette and the Pierre Saint-Martin ski resort, is the story of a completely new project.
That of Maxime, passionate about the profession of farmer since his earliest childhood, and of his companion Maite, daughter of a farmer, but for whom this profession was not at all written!
However, today, it is with great commitment and passion that both of them, under the watchful eye of their little Valentin, are keen to run this human-sized farm where Basque-Béarnaise sheep and Alpine goats live together peacefully.
To delight your taste buds, different flavors emanate from their productions: pure sheep cheese, pure goat cheese and mixed sheep-goat cheese.
They also offer apple juice made from several varieties of apples harvested from their own fruit trees.
And to bring a little softness to your bodily well-being, the small goat's milk soap completes their range of products.
Depending on the season, fresh meat packages are also available.
