Land of history, land of gastronomy, Béarn invites you to discover their seasonal local products.  Here the traditional dishes take time to prepare, the famous Poule au Pot, Garbure (soup)…  On their own these dishes would make a hearty meal, but here nature has been generous Agneau des Pyrénées, Palombes, Haricot traditionnel du Béarn, Saumons et autres truites, Fromage Aoc Ossau-Iraty served with a glass of robust red Madiran or sweet Jurançon.
