Maison Bignalet is a family story, a hundred-year-old passion and a heritage of craftsmanship. Butchers for 4 generations, the House was awarded the Mercure d'Or in 2017 for its dynamism in rural areas, and has been able to be included in the biggest guides (Lonely Planet, Le guide tourisme des Landes, etc…).
Our cured meats are made by our artisan charcutiers-salaisonniers in our dryer in Habas, with respect for family know-how. The raw materials we use come mainly from the Adour gaves basin. The salt of Salies-de-Béarn, as well as the Chalonnais microclimate, sublimate our cured meats.
Come and discover the Chalossaise and Landes specialties which have made the reputation of our House in one of our five shops in Orthez, Habas, Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, Pouillon and Mugron.
