Eager to offer you quality products, I take special care to respect traditional working methods and the artisanal production of our processed products.

In our shop, I offer a wide selection of meats sourced exclusively from local producers rigorously chosen for the quality of their farming practices.

The originality and innovation brought to the development of the "ramparts paving" and the success of this unique recipe enabled us to obtain the stars and trades prize awarded by the Banque Populaire and the Chamber of Trades and Crafts.

Located at the foot of the ramparts of Navarrenx in the heart of Béarn, we welcome you to our butcher shop and delicatessen from Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 12:30pm and from 4pm to 7pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 12:30pm and from 3pm to 6pm.

Our expertise is also recognized by professional competitions :

• Our Béarn-style black pudding won a silver medal at the 2023 Best Black Pudding Competition.
• Our sausage was awarded a silver medal in 2025.
