For almost 20 years now, our artisanal confectionery has been the mainstay of our incredible success story!
Craftsmanship is at the heart of our manufacturing process. Each Coucougnette, Galipette, Téton, Prune or Bijou de la Reine is hand-rolled with expertise specific to its texture. These confections have earned Francis Miot the title of France's most awarded artisan confectioner, with over 18 prestigious awards including "Best Bonbon in France" for the Coucougnette.
Each confection is a story in itself, often linked to the rich history of France and our deep attachment to Béarn. These fascinating anecdotes, shared by Francis Miot himself, add a cultural dimension to our delights, strengthening our link with our Béarn heritage.
