For nearly 20 years, our artisanal confectionery has been the cornerstone of our success. From the famous Coucougnettes de Pau to fruit cubes inspired by our expertise as Master Confituriers, each confection is meticulously handcrafted with the highest quality ingredients, offering unparalleled gourmet pleasures.
Craftsmanship is at the heart of our manufacturing process. Each Coucougnette, Galipette, Téton, Prune or Bijou de la Reine is hand-rolled with expertise specific to its material and texture. These sweets have earned Francis Miot the title of the most awarded artisan confectioner-jam maker in France, with more than 18 prestigious awards such as the "Best Candy in France" for the Coucougnette.
Each confectionery tells a story, often linked to the history of France and our attachment to Béarn. These anecdotes, shared by Francis Miot himself, add a cultural dimension to our sweet delights, thus strengthening our connection with our Béarnese roots.
