    • Distinctions and Exceptional Chocolates

The reputation of Maison Francis Miot extends beyond borders thanks to the numerous trophies awarded to our exceptional products. In our boutiques, originality and quality are highlighted, particularly with our chocolates made mainly from cocoa from Sao Tome e Principe. Our creations such as Kamacao, Showcolat noir, Gateriz, spread and our gourmet bars will awaken your taste buds!

Our chocolate creations, with their mischievous but always justified names, include must-haves like Coucougnettes (best candy in France), Tétons de la Reine Margot (Blue Ribbon at the 46th Intersuc trade fair), Galipettes (best blue ribbon for the best chocolate), and Prunes de Monsieur (best specialty in France in 2006 at the Intersuc trade fair).

      Exceptional Chocolates and Solidarity Commitment

The exceptional quality of our chocolates is based on a rigorous selection of the best beans and origins in the world. Among the three cocoa trees producing exceptional beans, Criollo is the rarest and most sought-after, which we use regularly.

Our chocolates are made from carefully selected vintages from around the world, such as Venezuela, Indonesia, Ivory Coast and Madagascar, but it is above all chocolate from Sao Tome that our teams favor.

Our Master Chocolatiers, trained in the tradition of the Master Chocolatiers of France, supervise a team of passionate people who create chocolate wonders every day. All our chocolates are made from 100% pure cocoa butter, an essential characteristic for Master Artisan Chocolatiers!

      Solidarity Commitment in Chocolate

In 2007, at the request of the Consul of São Tomé and Príncipe, we invested with six French Master Chocolatiers in settling tanks and dryers to revitalize cocoa estates. We thus participated in the re-cultivation of 150 hectares of cocoa trees, contributing to a fair trade aimed at reducing inequalities within this country, also known as the Chocolate Island, located in the Gulf of Guinea.

Let's not forget the jams which have been made for over 30 years according to the authentic and artisanal recipes of Francis Miot, Best Jam Maker in France and Triple World Champion (classified out of competition since).

the legal recovery is well deserved, everything is shattered with them, the quality, the service, there is nothing left a former professional customer

A very good experience. The place is easy to access, there is parking nearby and access is easy for people with reduced mobility. The museum is great and so is the shop! The welcome is warm and makes you want to come back.
