Passionate peasants for 5 generations, at Maison Ange, in Sauveterre-de-Béarn, we are committed to offering products from our know-how, our traditions, our terroirs, simple, authentic, Béarn products !
Our productions are reasoned with respect for the environment, animal welfare and peasant common sense!
We breed blond d'Aquitaine cows, farm chickens, full-range outdoor ewes.
The force-feeding of ducks is also a tradition in our beautiful region, as well as the pig !
We participate in the protection of the Bearn breed cow as well as the Pyrenean goat, breeds with low numbers, part of our Bearn heritage !
We welcome you to our home, to the farm, to make you discover all our products.
We offer packages of beef, veal, lamb and pork, free-range chickens, fresh fatty ducks.
You will also find something to feast on thanks to our canned veal axoa, beef stew, duck confit, foie gras, sausages...
