A beautifully restored old country estate with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. The rooms are very spacious with high-quality furnishings that stylishly combine antique furniture with modern comforts. A highlight is the pool with its panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is typically French—rather simple, but delicious. We would have liked some fresh fruit, though. The only downside to this otherwise fantastic accommodation is unfortunately the staff, who weren't particularly welcoming and were unable to fulfill even simple requests. For example, our repeated inquiries about a parasol for the pool (which, according to the photos on the website, is clearly available) were met with dismissive answers. Only in the evening, as the sun was already setting, did a colleague finally arrive and reluctantly set up the parasols. Similarly, when checking out, our request for a bill was met with dismissive answers, as the person didn't know how to issue one. I was assured that I would receive the invoice via email within an hour, but that never happened.

We had a wonderful experience at Relais du Faget 👌 We were passing through as a family for one night and received a very warm welcome from Elena, who showed us to our room. She was very helpful and attentive 🙌 The room, with its panoramic mountain views, was superb, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast convinced us that we'll have to come back 😜 Pastries, bread, cold cuts… a complete and generous spread. We hope to return in the warmer months to enjoy the pool ☀️
