An exceptional stay at Domaine Mont Riant! We spent four magnificent days in this recently renovated manor house, which offers breathtaking views of the city of Pau. The welcome was warm and the rooms/apartments tastefully decorated. The hotel amenities are perfect, but what can we say about the Flaveurs restaurant? An explosion of precise and perfectly executed flavors. Imaginative and original pairings. High-quality service and a varied wine list that showcases the fabulous Jurançon wines. Marilyn, Patxi, and their teams do an extraordinary job. Domaine Mont Riant is a must-visit for the Southwest region and is sure to delight all guests who have the chance to visit.

Fabulous chateau overlooking the Pau township. Stunning. Peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights, exploring Jurançon wines, the city of Pau and hiking around the lakes in the mountains. The apartment is well designed, clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highlights are the views, the beautiful manor house/chateau, the restaurant Flaveurs food and hospitality. We loved the restaurant. Incredible flavours and wine pairings were spot on! The staff have been wonderful for our whole stay. It would make a great venue for retreats (writing, yoga, arts, gastronomy).
