Lac d'Estaens Nature Reserves in Urdos

Lac d'Estaens is located in Urdos, in the Aspe Valley .
Half-French, half-Spanish, access is only possible by crossing the border.
If hiking trails crisscross the region and offer you routes of different difficulties, the path that leaves from the Espelunguères car park towards the lake does not present any particular difficulty.
A passage has even been fitted with a metal ladder to prevent you from climbing. Following the small path, you walk through the summer pasture meadows, passing in front of the Espelunguères waterfalls .
It's an easy hike, about 10 km.
