Near the Spanish border, in the town of Borce, Lac d'Arlet is a mountain lake, at an altitude of almost 2000 meters.
A hike of about 18 kilometers allows you to reach it on foot.
You start at the Lamourane house, where the paved road ends, at the exit of Borce.
You will cross the pastures of the Vallon de l'Aubise to reach this beautiful lake, at the foot of the Pic d'Arlet .
It is a difficult circuit, with a steep drop, reserved for good walkers.
