  Made a special 30km extra detour coming from Spain to visit this place 1st before driving thru Pyrenees based on reviews of how helpful the staff here was to identify points of interest in Laruns & surrounding towns. Very disappointed with service from young worker. Only given quick brochure of Pyrenees area before turning to another younger tourist & responding to calls. Took the time to wait to ask additional questions & to get a local map of Laruns town so we could enjoy a few of the local businesses, etc...

  Hello hello, I have been coming for several months to do great hikes in your valley and I received very good advice from the tourist office. However there is a big problem, I travel in a converted van and I sleep at the Fabrege lake we are told that we can fill up with water by buying tokens at the Artouste tourist office or at the Petit Lurien big problem, the Petit Lurien is closed and also for sale and the Artouste tourist office is only open three times a week Friday Saturday Sunday I had to go to Spain to fill up with water, I find that a bit of a shame because you force us to sleep in Fabrégues, we can't go anywhere. and to go back down to Laruns every three days is a few kilometers knowing that we do hikes in the Fabrège area. How do you intend to solve this problem I think I am not the only one. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards
