  Very interesting decor inside this bar. Historic fixtures and fittings. Amazing artefacts and old photographs. Unfortunately very unfriendly staff, purposefully refusing to engage and not interested in my interest in the bars history. Decent atmosphere outside, despite the rain. Awful music, perhaps more suitable for 12 year olds. I was Put off from eating here. If the place had staff that actually wanted to work here then it could attain its real potential that it’s currently failing to do. Unnecessarily and avoidably disappointing.

  It is always a good place to go, but not enough staff serving the tables. They could have sold double the amount of drinks as most had empty glasses. But the 3 waitress worked hard, dealing with a packed house. France V Portugal Their burger was good, but the sauce was not great.

  The place has all it needs to offer a good experience but sadly the food we ordered was tasty but all cold. Noone came to check we were happy. We were so hungry and tired after travelling im embarrassed to say we just ate it. Tbh i think they could see we were not happy and avoided eye contact. Straight after we finished they were very attentive to offer more drinks and desert. Sorry not a good experience and we wont be visiting again. Not the cheapest either......
