2025 marks the arrival of a new gem in the heart of the Béarn mountains : Brasserie Chillossa. A name that blends the “chill” spirit with the sweetness of the Ossau Valley, symbolized by a rounded logo: a sheep ready to drink !

La Chillossa invites you to discover its creations brewed on site : blonde, IPA, triple, amber, or fruity, there's something for everyone. Not to mention the homemade "LIMOSSAU" lemonade, with lemon and lime, perfect for young and old.

Available in bottles in local shops or in barrels for professionals and individuals (with year-round rental of a tap), the products of the Chillossa Brewery are a real invitation to share.
