    • A family campsite where life is good

Located at the foot of the medieval town of Sauveterre de Béarn, on the banks of the Gave d'Oloron, we would be delighted to welcome you to our campsite where family spirit, friendliness and calm are very present. In a green, natural setting and lulled by the sound of the river you can swim, practice trout and salmon fishing.

You can discover the legendary bridge, the Monréal tower, the Saint André church, the town hall, the esplanade with a view of the Pyrenees and walk on the island of Glère. Within a 1-hour radius you can visit different typical villages such as Salies de Béarn, Navarrenx, Orthez, Pau, St Jean Pied de Port, Espelette, Ainhoa, the Bastide Clairence, discover the Ossau and Aspe valleys, the Kakuetta gorges, the Holzarté footbridge, the ski resorts of Pierre St Martin, Gourette and Artouste, enjoy the beaches of St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Capbreton or Seignosse.

Or simply stay at the campsite and enjoy the surroundings.

Amazing little campsite, we have emailed the day before to check availability and they have answered very quickly. We were welcomed by some very friendly owners/hosts. The campsite is small but very clean and you get beautiful views of the medieval town, direct access to it via a private coded gate for guests, river access, lovely walks, fantastic for our dog too. Sauveterre de Béarn is a beautiful place to visit!

The quality of service was exceptional, rarely encountered at a campsite, and the surroundings and services were top-notch. The value for money for a night in a campervan was excellent. If the opportunity arises, we would gladly make a detour to return.
