Between Tarbes and Pau, in the commune of Eslourenties-Daban, Lac du Gabas straddles the Hautes-Pyrénées and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. In a wooded environment, you can enjoy a beautiful hike of around 11 km. Without difficulty and on relatively flat terrain, it is an easy and family-friendly walk. During the summer, you can enjoy water sports, such as sailing or stand-up paddleboarding. Fishing is also permitted under certain conditions.
