A HUGE THANK YOU for your wonderful welcome and for the immense pleasure we all (eleven of us) had during our visit on that Sunday morning in December. A fascinating discovery of your mill and its history, followed by a brunch that was as generous as it was delicious, and exceptionally attentive service. We will certainly be back and will spread the word about the "Moulin de Sabathier"... a must-see in our beloved Vic-Bilh.

A truly wonderful discovery, a beautiful place with a warm welcome. A magnificent restored mill, still in operation. A milling family history recounted by an exceptional host. All this followed by brunch, a mushroom omelet generously prepared by our host's mother. A small concert of accordion and family percussion. Everything was perfect to start a beautiful sunny day. Thank you again so much for your hospitality, and for those who don't know it, honestly, it's worth the trip...
