  Very disappointed by this experience, and especially by the complete lack of customer service. I placed an order with delivery promised within a few days on the website. However, after two weeks, I still hadn't received anything and I had to contact them myself to finally get an update. Then, in April, I received the same order with a broken beer bottle. After a phone call, I was asked to send an email with my contact information to resolve the issue, which I did immediately. Since then: three emails sent, several months of waiting, and no response. Total silence. At this point, it's clearly no longer an oversight, but a complete lack of customer service. This same order has therefore accumulated a delivery delay, a damaged product, and a total absence of after-sales service. It really seems like everything runs perfectly smoothly as long as it's a matter of taking payment, but once the payment is made, there's simply no one to handle any problem. Clearly, even after several months and numerous follow-ups, one still has to insist to get an answer that should be obvious.
