« The Maison Constanti was founded in 1923 by my grandfather Léon Constanti in Lanne en Barétous and then taken over by my father Jean. At the age of 30, after having attended the Lenôtre and Hermé schools, I took over from the bakery and then extended the range of creations to pastry, chocolate and confectionery. Accompanied by my team, we work with a concern for environmental and local ethics (red label flours, organic flours, AOC butter...).
