  Located in Bénéjacq, between Pau and Tarbes, the Laguilhon house has been refining exceptional recipes for more than 60 years, from the Béarn region. The duck is given pride of place, with products transformed according to traditional methods and the know-how passed down for 3 generations in this family shop. In love with their region, they defend the gastronomy of the southwest by concocting delicious foie gras, sublime terrines and tasty dishes. The boletus is not left out. Passionate about mushrooms, they offer this variety in different preparations with incomparable flavors. Do not leave without a small souvenir of Béarn, you will bite your fingers. The Béarnais are generous and will be happy to put the southwest in your suitcases. Share it with your friends, gourmet boxes are offered in this producer shop, enough to satisfy the finest palates.

We ordered foie gras at the last minute, before Christmas. Very fast delivery, perfect after-sales service with a responsive, very kind and very professional lady. The foie gras was super good, very little fat so you clearly pay for what you get. Really very happy with my purchase, I will order every year. I recommend ++

Products increasingly poor in quality. I had 2 bad experiences with Laguilhon: 2 pots of duck liver terrine turned black after a while even though the expiry date is 09/2024. Recently I was served a fresh foie gras almost at the expiration date. I had to throw it away. As for the service and reception: non-existent. I don't recommend.
