L' Auberge des Roses is a semi- gastronomic restaurant nestled at the foot of the Jurançon vineyards in Monein, which invites you to discover refined and authentic cuisine.
In a quiet location, in a traditional Béarnaise building, the restaurant has a room with exposed stone and beams and a fireplace that will warm you up in winter.
As soon as the weather is nice, you can enjoy a wooded and flowery exterior, a large terrace shaded by a vast pergola which can accommodate you on beautiful summer days (possibility of organizing your group meals there for up to 40 people ).
The chef offers you his fish specialties directly from the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish market. He creates traditional cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce , which has earned the Auberge des Roses the distinction of "Michelin Plate" and "Tables Auberges".
Among the emblematic dishes, you can savor duck foie gras with Armagnac , grilled squid with herbs , or even tuna steak enhanced with a touch of foie gras (depending on availability).
The Auberge des Roses knows how to stop time for a meal (business meal, family meal or group meal) , we are at your disposal to make these moments unforgettable for you.
Christophe and his team are happy to welcome you and serve you from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and in the evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sunday lunchtimes from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. by reservation
