The chef showcases traditional French cuisine prepared with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. The fish, sourced directly from the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish market, guarantees unparalleled quality and freshness. This commitment to excellence has earned the restaurant a Michelin Plate distinction as well as the Tables & Auberges de France label.
