L'Auberge des Roses is a semi-gastronomic restaurant nestled at the foot of the Jurançon vineyards in Monein, inviting you to discover refined, authentic cuisine.
Set in a quiet, traditional Béarn-style building, the restaurant features a stone-built dining room with exposed beams and a fireplace that will warm you up in winter.
On sunny days, you can take advantage of a wooded and flower-filled exterior, with a large terrace shaded by a vast pergola that can welcome you on fine summer days (group meals for up to 40 people can be organized here).
The chef offers fish specialties direct from the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish auction. His traditional cuisine, based on fresh seasonal produce, has earned the Auberge des Roses the "Assiette Michelin" and "Tables Auberges" awards
. Among our signature dishes are duck foie gras with Armagnac, chipirons grilled with herbs, or tuna steak sublimated by a touch of foie gras (depending on availability)
L'Auberge des Roses knows how to stop time for a meal (business meal, family meal or group meal), and we're here to help you make these moments unforgettable.
Christophe and his team are happy to welcome and serve you from Tuesday to Saturday, lunchtime from 12:00 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 21:30.
Sunday lunchtime from 12:00 to 1:30 pm by prior arrangement.
