  There was a blatant lack of respect shown to customers when we tried to get a refund due to a lack of explanation from the staff. The managers literally laughed at us, even though they were in the wrong. Furthermore, the wait time for the Water Jump was over half an hour for €30, while we only had two hours to enjoy the water slides.

  The lake is ideal for swimming, ice cream, and keeping older children entertained with its water park.
