Founded in 1985, it bears the name of its founder, a renowned Master Jam Maker with a title of Best Jam Maker in France and three World Champion titles. This long history of expertise is celebrated by chefs and gourmets all over the world.

Our jams are the fruit of our passion and expertise, and they reflect our commitment to high-quality gourmet delights. We carefully select the best fruit, then preserve their natural flavours in small copper cauldrons. This process not only preserves the fruit's natural essence but also reduces the sugar content for an authentic, balanced experience.
Our short, controlled cooking times ensure that the incredible flavour of the fruit, carefully selected for its exceptional taste, is fully preserved.
