At Maynats, there is no traditional menu : the chef offers two unique tasting courses, in 4 or 6 sequences, depending on the seasons and the inspiration of the moment.
Each service is a tasty surprise, an experience where trust and curiosity guide your taste buds.

During the week, at lunchtime ( Tuesday to Friday ), also discover the 3-course market menu, designed for a shorter but equally refined gourmet break.
